The New South Wales offices cover the South West growth corridors and the western suburbs; Southport and Fitzgibbon sit either side of South East Queensland's two very different markets; Northfield covers Adelaide's inner north.
Local ownership, national support
Every office is owned and staffed by people who live in the suburbs they sell in. That is the part that cannot be centralised: knowing which streets flood, which school catchments buyers are competing for, and which buyer missed out on the comparable sale three doors down last month.

What each office covers
The offices are not interchangeable branches. Each carries a defined coverage area, and the agents in it work those suburbs weekly rather than travelling to whatever listing comes up.
Ingleburn covers Ingleburn, Leppington and South West Sydney. Oran Park works the growth corridors around it. Auburn covers Auburn, Granville, Lidcombe and Silverwater. Southport and Fitzgibbon sit either side of two quite different South East Queensland markets, and Northfield covers Adelaide's inner north. Parramatta is the corporate office, supporting all of them.
